Is there a way I can set up a group email list using the records from my Creator database?

Hi, I am wondering if I can send a group email using the contacts in my Creator database. My email provider only lets me add each contact individually, so I can set up and email address group@mydomain.com.au but I would need to add each forwarder individually which would take me a year to set up. So I'm wondering of there is some other way I can email all my database at once, rather than copying the email addresses from my database and putting these into an email manually each time I want to email my base, which I currently do. If I can send an email to mydatabase@creator.zoho.com or something like this, it would make sending emails so much easier. Thanks if anyone can assist!
