Is there a way to allocate a Deal amount across business units?

Is there a way to allocate a Deal amount across business units?

We frequently have Deals in our sales pipeline that incorporate multiple business units. Is there a way I can allocate the Amount for a Deal across multiple business units? 

The number of BUs in question could be anywhere from 1-5 for a given Deal, so I don't want to create a bunch of fields like "BU 1, Amount 1, BU 2, Amount 2" etc.
