Is there a way to allow leads to see and update their own contact information?

Is there a way to allow leads to see and update their own contact information?

We're wanting to send an email to all our leads allowing them to view the info we have for them online (the fields we allow them to see, at least), and let them edit/update that info. Is this possible with Zoho CRM or using the Forms or Survey module? I have looked into it but would appreciate being shown the right direction for it if it's possible.
