I'd like to have 2 pick lists.  1 for every US state, and another for every single county in the united states.  Then Dependency fields so when you select California for example, it only shows counties in CA.

Since many county names are not unique i figured i'd prefix each county name with the state's 2 letter abbreviation.

so "NY-Orange County" and "CA-Orange County" for example.
