Is there a way to check who is visiting our Survey but not Responding?
Our survey is minimal and designed to be taken in less than a minute, but we're seeing only around 19% of those who click the link to check our survey actually provide feedback, and those that click the link are approx 20% of all outbound survey links sent (averaging to ~4% response rate overall).
As such, we're trying to gather additional data on those who at least click the link and then do not respond, to see if we can make changes in our support process or implement our survey in a better fashion. Is there a way to check on the users who have visited the survey, regardless of submitting a response?
