Is there a way to have 2 forms be the same

Is there a way to have information entered from Public Application A

to show up in a view on Private Application B? ( and be linked to a form with the "same" fields?

I am thinking this might be a way to over come the Internet Explorer issues, since Explorer does not accept I frames

Is by having a public application
with a form A

and then the information gets recorded at the private form B

Any ideas on this?
