Is there a way to have all emails sent by a certain person moved to a certain folder automatically?

Is there a way to have all emails sent by a certain person moved to a certain folder automatically?
For example, I get a lot of spam from Facebook and although I still wan't to keep getting these emails, I would like them to be automatically moved to a Facebook folder. :)
Is this possible and if it is could you show me how? :)
