I'm working on customizing the quotes module and need a way to hide the New Product link below to anyone other than Admins.  Our product catalog will very quickly get cluttered with all kinds of erroneous data if our sales staff can enter anything they want here.  To be clear, I don't want to hide the entire module from them, just the link seen below.
