I have a large project going and I have some tasks that are optional. I would like to see the effect on the Gantt if I inactivate these tasks.

How can I do this without deleting them? I need to keep them in the project, but just want to test scenarios where they are not activated. This is a function similar to how MS Projects allows for Deactivation:
