Is there a way to point the skype call to function to another program?

Is there a way to point the skype call to function to another program?

I use ringcentral's call controller to make outbound sales calls. I need to figure out how to get my zoho call link to go to the call controller, or disable the link so the text can be easily copied.

Is there a way to do that? If I can get this to work efficiently, I will be upgrading to the paid version for more storage.
