Is there a way to send Emails to the CRM for auto-assignment

Hello,

We currently use Zoho Business Mail as our company's Email system (great service).

I would like to know if:

1) Is is possible to forward mails from leads, contacts, etc. to the CRM so that they can be viewed on the lead, contact, etc's record? For example, if CONTACT1 sends me an Email which I receive in my hosted Zoho Mail account, could it somehow automatically also appear attached to CONTACT1's record in the CRM?

2) If #1 above is not possible, is there an Email address for my account in the CRM that I could manually forward Emails to for auto assignment with lead, contact, etc. records? For example, if I send an Email to CONTACT2 and BCC xxxxnnsnsns@zohocrm.com (or something like that) the Email would go to the contact and also appear in their record in the CRM.
