I would like my employees to start doing their estimate directly from Zoho Books and I don't want them to see each other customers and transactions. I checked "Allow users to handle the data and transactions for assigned customers only."  But when my users switch from CRM to Books they do not see their customers because 'customer owner' user is not sync with 'account owner' user in CRM : all the customers are pushed to Books without an owner.

We deal with a heavy load of customers and it is not possible to assign customers manually.

OR

Is there a way, when an estimate is sent for approval from CRM, that the user receives the approval notification? Right now, only the account used to set up the integration receives this notification, regardless of which user created the estimate from CRM.
