I'm fairly new to using ZohoCRM. In the Potential details, I can change the Production Status as the potential moves along its lifecycle. I'm looking for a way to track how long the potential stays in each of the Production Statuses as it goes from creation to being resolved. Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
