Is there a way to track RMA's in Zoho CRM

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a solution in ZOHO CRM or an add on, where RMA's can be tracked. I was looking if i could create an extra field of activities besides tasks , calls and events. Is there anyone with experience or idea's how to deal with RMA's in the CRM?
