Is there a way to track sent emails (outside of setting up a campaign)?
Im on a trial with ZOHO, and just about to make my decision to go with it for our sales team.
One feature that appears missing, but is CRITICAL for us is the ability to tracked emails sent inside the CRM (outside of the campaigns feature).
Is this something that is available? Frankly, it is a feature with a host of other CRMs, including Agile CRM, which we are considering switching away from, but this is a must have feature for our 15 sales reps.
