I noticed that there is no spam folder when accessing my account anywhere but the website. It doesn't show up on my mobile phone (CloudMagic for Android) or on my laptop (Apple Mail). This is problematic for me since I expect a lot of important emails to end up on the spam folder and I usually use my phone to send/receive emails. Is there no way around this?
