Is there an option of email to case

Hi,
Is there any option to automatically add customer reply to a support call ?

The description of the use case is:
1) When a support employee opens Zoho case (support call) an automatic email is being sent to customer
2) the email is added to the relevant support call.
3) the customer replies to the email
4) the case status is automatically being changed to 'customer responded' 
5) the customer reply email is being added to the case
