I just want to upgrade to paid version of Zoho CRM, but now I see an upselling offer for file storage and data storage add on like this



I have some questions, because it seems that there is file and data storage limit in Zoho CRM

1. what is the the difference between file storage and data storage? 

2. how much limit I have in Enterprise plan per user license?

3. how to see the usage of my file storage and data storage ?

I have tried, but I cant find documentation about this
