is there any possibility to communicate zoho with different platforms
Goodmorning ,
i would like to know if there is any possibility to trigger zoho ticket system using another platform .
For example : customer goes to their back office , selects a product that is bought , wants to create ticket , hit the create ticket button , chooses the te topic
**** because it is open fro backoffice now system knows, the product , seller , buyer , deadline , refund polices etc ***
question is : can we create a ticket already filled all above information to zoho , to be able to give priority to the tickets based on cancellation policy , customer or provider
