We have many people who leave notes on a deal, some pertaining to Sales, some pertaining to Billing, some Notes pertaining only to customer service team. Is there any way for us to tag or categorize notes when creating/editing them for a deal? We would like to make it easier for the teams to find the notes that are pertinent to them and either filter or show other notes in different color. This way when the sales team is looking through the notes on a deal, they can quickly either filter to notes categorized as Sales or even if they are just color coded and we can choose different note types/categories to have different colors so they are easily identified when a team is looking at all the many notes. Please let us know if this is possible now. If not, is this development that Zoho can provide in the near future?c
