We are also proposing Zoho Reports to insurance agency in Japan.They are very strict about information security control with their financial industry background.

Is there any way to hide or disable the share, export and publish button, as bellow , depending on the user profile etc.?

It is also alright to hide or disable this whole organization by paying an additional fee.
