so basically I want to remind our sales person to send a Google Business Profile Review URL to our happy customer. it should be sent manually by using Whatsapp message.

so if the deal record stage is 'Won' then I want to show like a pop up in the screen or notification to remind our sales person to send the URL. or something similar . can I do something like that in  Zoho CRM?
