We are coming from Salesforce where they have global fields. It means, fields created globally that can be used in any object or module in Zoho. It's very important when you have a lot of selection fields in leads, going to account, deal, contact, etc. Global fields allow us to make changes in 1 field that affect all the fields in all the modules.
I see you have "Predefined choices" and the field setup says "Import". Does it means if the "Predefined choices" change, the values in the fields need to be updated field by field? or are they updated dynamically?
Is there a way of setting up "Global" selection fields to use in multiple modules somehow? maybe using Global variables or so?
