is there is any way to make date filed and to know if there any event on the date when i fill it ?

i want to make in Lead 
a date filed and to know if there any thing on the date 
from google calender 
when i fill it 

if there is somthing the CRM will make an action - change the lead name to somthing eles 
if there noting - it will continue as usual
