Is there way to get response quicker?

I not an old user of zoho but since the day of joining (a week ago) I think its worth mentioning that its awesome work you have done. UI (design), tagging, mailing plans and other plans all are awesome

But there is one thing that I feel is need to be improved that is customer support. If you improve your customer support it definitely will increase your worth.

I'm Waiting a good news from you. if its not possible for now then please mention your time zone so that people would get on time response by sending queries within your time limits.
