Is this a feature or a bug?

Noticed today when I looked at my activity list.

I thought if you sent the number of elements to display per page it would stick.

What I saw is that if I had 10 tasks, the form would read display 10 items per page. If I changed it to 3 or 15 the page reformats accordingly.

However lets say I had 10 task and then closed 1. The page would refresh showing the 9 open tasks and then number of elements to display would change to 9.

Should it behave that way or stay sticky with the value I set.

So if I want to set the page to display 15 elements the page should format to allocate space for 15 entries regardsless if I have 9.
