Is this feature availabble in ZOHO.

Hi Team,

Please see the below requirement and provide the solution in ZOHO CRM. Can we handle the below requirement in ZOHO as a standard functionality.

Website and Internet-based Social Network Marketing . Currently, there is a company website and a Facebook fanpage deployed. But these two are not well integrated. The website is mainly static in function. The Facebook fanpage is newly built (November 2012). With the CRM strategy implementation, both of these must be redesigned, upgraded such that they become very effective marketing tools. Both must be able to help generate leads that are actionable (for follow-up) at the branch level. Both will be used to communicate marketing promos. Both must also become touchpoints for customer service opportunities (complaints, inquiries), customer referrals, and customer loyalty. They should be well integrated or at least a convenient link must be built such that for the customer there is ease in moving from one to the other.
