Could someone please help me identify this highlighted link? It is automatically created by Zoho and a lot of contacts receiving campaigns will click on this link. I don't believe that it is the "update your preferences link" because on the Link Clicks Map, there are no clicks on the "update your preferences" link. Because this link doesn't actually appear in my email I'm confused, is this link the pixel tracker that Zoho uses to track opens/clicks/etc?

Hi

From my experience that link looks like either the unsubscribe link or the update preferences link. The reason I say that is because the merge tag at the end of the URL ...?$[LI:SUB_PREF]$  Seems to be referring to the recipients 'SUB_PREF' which is short for 'subscription preference'.

Hello Evan,

Thank you for Posting!

The URL highlighted in the shared screenshot is associated with "Update your preferences" which can be found in the footer area of Zoho Campaigns. As you have mentioned that there are no clicks found in the "Link Clicks Map", we would require the URL of the campaign to check this further. Kindly write to us at "support@zohocampaigns.com" with the URL of the campaign which you are reporting. We will check further and help you accordingly.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks,
Vivek

Hello Evan,

Thank you for your post.

In Zoho Campaigns, we use pixel tracking images (not links) to track open rate. We see that our Contact Preference merge tag is used in the link highlighted in above post.

Kindly drop an email to support[@]zohocampaigns.com with the below mentioned details so that we can have our team check and assist you further.

1. Campaign URL (Kindly go to Campaigns --> Email Campaigns --> Open the particular campaign --> Copy the URL of your browser and share it with us)

2. Kindly check your campaign report whether you see this link under Link Clicks in Recipient Activities and share the full page screenshot.

Awaiting your email.

Regards,
Meyyappan CT
