Is this possible with workflow rules in CRM?

We would like to establish a workflow that is triggered as soon as a new record is created in LEADS according to the attached diagram. The workflow has to be executed fully automatically. Can we accomplish this with ZOHO?

A good advice will be very much appreciated.
