I'm looking to get user feedback as well as Zoho Feedback.  I'm trying to manage all my prospect data under 1 roof.  I am in b2b sales.  I'm currently on the professional trial of Zoho CRM and am in the process of scaling my business out to hire additional sales reps.  My question is basically which Zoho services will I need and how well do they integrate.

What I Need:

• Ability to integrate with my twilio to record and monitor outbound sales calls, and manage incoming calls. (Check)
• Ability to start an email prospect sequence with "1 click" (create a task, change a field, etc).
• Ability to track these email opens/clicks/bounces, send the data to the leads record in CRM and also send sales signals based on the open and ideally, which webpage was visited (the emails may redirect to different landing pages based on which link was clicked)
• Ability to automate customer onboarding emails (data needs to be passed from my software to Zoho CRM to create/modify a contact and some fields.  Keep in mind that initially the only fields that are passed are email and a webtoken used to verify the email address)
