is zoho appropriate for my application?

Members of my org need to view one table of contact data on the web.  No adding, deleting, editing, just viewing.  I would refresh the data weekly.  they will select records based on values they enter for any of 5 fields.  once the recordset is retrieved, they need to view it on a nicely formatted form that they can move through easily to see one record after another.  They would not be happy with a gridlike view analogous to a datasheet view in Access. 
 
Is Zoho appropriate for this application?  If so, how do I start? Data extracted from database can be in Excel or csv.
