I was gun ho with Zoho Assist to replace my existing Remote Access product I have been using but I need to implement MFA on each unattended connection. Right now each of these connections in my other product has a rotating token that I have enter off my phone to gain access to the connection even after supplying a password.
It seems Secure Connect is more corporate based. I currently have a trial Zoho Assist account and went to Muti Factor Authentication page which shows
" Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been enabled for your organization. Click on MANAGE to alter or disable MFA setup for your users."
I click on MANGE button only to be told
"Sorry, the page was not found."
I want to know if Secure Connect which will require me to pay $5 more per month is suited to a 1 person shop providing Assisted and Unassisted support to small companies and home users?
If is why am I seeing this error about the page not found? With Zoho company on the whole having security issues over the years not being able to use a rotating MFA on unattended connections may be a deal breaker for me.
