I am new to Zoho. I signed up only two days ago but I see so many issues with lack of support, buggy functionality, slow application response and inability to populate more than 1500 rows of data in one shot.
I am not sure if this is the right tool. I have been trying to write a support ticket for two days now asking to find out why I am not getting new account confirmation emails and even support ticket function does not submit when i login as admin!!!
What is your experience. Should I cut my loses? Is this a joke or serious software?
