Is Zoho email even an email service - intermittent problems, now emails on Mac and phone not working
Ok, i am very patient when it comes to ZOHOs way with dealing with issues, emergences are deal with after 1-2 days. however, you'r really taking the biscuit. Email was playing up today, second time in 4-5 weeks. Am not sure who or what you have running things. But you really do not have a clue about how to run a business.
I am a paying customer and seem to spend most of my time telling you what to fix on the forums.... Oh, can you fix this, this does not work, email is down! etc...
I would like to describe your level of service with the collation of all the foul words under the sun and from every language on this earth.
The frustrating thing is that you have very good offerings. But compare this to a lovely car that keeps breaking down. It will eventually wear you down and all you want to do is get rid of it. Perhaps it is time we, the paying customers and business owners send an open letter to the CEOs and Company heads. Perhaps this will then get things resolved.
I have attached a screen shot of whats happening when i try to read emails on my iPhone.
Also, please dont send me a message asking to organise a time to have a chat. Just fix the problem, and replace the personal who are in charge of the service maintenance.
