Is Zoho mail any good?!?

Transferred email to Zoho a few weeks ago to get away from a provider that was nothing but hassles and down all of the time. I read all over the Internet Zoho was supposed to be good, but alas I am already having issues here as well. Twice it has been a problem within a few weeks, which leaves me with a less than favorable impression. Can anyone tell me if they are good or just advertised to be great like the rest, only to find out how horrible they are after you move?
