I'm new to Zoho, we are a recruitment firm and looking to migrate to Zoho Recruit, but with all of the other available apps, I'm not sure where to begin?

We currently have a website coded in Laravel, and not sure how well this will integrate?

Also how custom can we configure Zoho Recruit for our needs as a recruitment firm?
