Is Zoho support of Activesync broken?

I've moved my accounts to Zoho, a paid account not free, and I've had constant problems with activesync not working properly. e-mails deleted on one device don't get synced, then they come back. Changes to contacts don't get synced back to the server. New e-mail folders don't appear on devices without disabling and re-enabling the mail sync. Contacts on Zoho don't sync to devices.

It's all really unreliable and I've lost all faith in it. I'm about to ditch zoho for something else, although I don't know what, but it would be good to know if these problems are unique to my account. There are two users, both having these problems.

All our devices are iOS.
