ISSUE: Notifications either not coming through at all, or sporadically at best

Cliq worked well when we first started using it, but now the notifications have become a major problem. I now have to keep my desktop app closed 95% of the time and continually check the iPhone app to see if new messages have arrived.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme no reason as to when notifications do come through. As such, there is no way for us to know when team members are reaching out. This is a complete dealbreaker for getting work done in real time.

We are all using iPhones and Apple products overall. I am not the only one experiencing these issues. I have ensured that both my iPhone settings and the Ciiq app settings (phone and desktop app for Mac) are set to allow all notifications. I even set my phone to give me "persistent" alerts to keep the notifications onscreen until I respond. 

They simply aren't coming through. 

As I said, this is a dealbreaker if it cannot be fixed ASAP. As much as we love Cliq, it's useless to us if we can't communicate in real time.
