Issue obtaining IMAP or POP access

Hello,

I'm having a hard time setting up the IMAP or POP access in thunderbird and outlook through zoho. I've attached screen shots for each step I took to make sure I set it up properly. 

To protect my information, I removed my name and email from this section; however, the following goes as such:
Name: My Name
Email: MyEmail@MyDomain.com

UserName: MyEmail@MyDomain.com
Password: MyPassword

I've also made sure to set the outgoing to use my credential:
