Issue Setting Up New Account
Hi,
We are having a slight challenge setting up a new mail hosting account for our domain smartfedha.co.ke, the System requires a Phone number to facilitate verification through input of a validation code, the problem is the System Admin is out of country while roaming and input the phone number however the Zoho System picked the last digits of the number and added the Country Code of the (country the Admin is visiting) instead of the home country.Hence the SMS Code has been sent to another number and we cant Restart the Process since the process is listed as pending so to speak.
Kindly reset this, since it can be problematic
