There is an Emails section where all the received & sent messages can be viewed for a given record. I am unable to change the default position of this section. I have attempted to move it in Chrome, Opera, Explorer and Firefox with the same issue occurring in each -- the Emails section (list) is not among those available to organize. I was only able to "move" it by completely removing other lists from the details page. When I added those lists back, the Emails section returned to its default position.
I have provided a screen shot of the leads organization settings but this same problem occurs in both contacts and opportunities, there is no Emails list. I have configured IMAP and that function works as it should, I simply want to move the Emails section within each of the contacts, leads, and opportunities modules.
