I have a CSV list with 1,841 leads. The list and each record contains all the information required to create a Lead.

I have imported the exact same list 4x over the last 16 minutes:

The first time 535 records were added (I ran a report that now said I had 578 leads)

The second time another 34 records were added (I ran a report that now said I had 612 leads)

The third time another 34 records were added (I ran a report that now said I had 646 leads)

The fourth time another  34 records (I ran a report that now said I had 670 leads)

Issue and Question:

Why are all 1,841 leads not being added? When are only 34 leads at a time being added?
