Hi Team,

I am facing a problem in Zoho CRM.

The steps I have followed,

1) In CRM, I have 2 user roles such as Sales Manager and Sales Rep. 

2) In Contact module, I have customized one User field named as "Sales Rep".

3) From "Sales Manager" account, I have created a lead named as "Mark ben" and account named as "ABC Pvt Ltd" after converted it to Accounts and Contacts.

4) In Contact(Mark Ben), I have selected the sales representative to "Sales Rep" field.

5) After Logged In from "Sales Rep" account, I can view the corresponding Contact(Mark Ben) details along with company field(ABC Pvt Ltd) in "Contact" module.

But the problem is,

After clicking on the company field in Contact module, I cannot able to view the company(ABC Pvt Ltd) details of the particular contact ("Mark Ben").

When I tried to view it, it shows "Permission Denied".

Please help me to resolve this issue.
