We have an issue with the Prospect/Client function, it does not display the correct prospects name and details instead it displays only one persons name in all the contacts.

When we click on more details about the prospects that is when we see that the Prospect is a different user, the name assigned is wrong.

I have attached screenshot images (below) displaying the problem.

On the screenshots you will see that all our prospects have one persons name instead of their own names. 

Please advice us on how we can fix this issue.
