Issue with creating lead / contact report with "description" for advanced filters

We noticed your lead and contact reports have changed recently.  We used to be able to create lead and contact reports with being able to choose from the pulldown under advanced filters for the "description" field.  This is no longer the case.

Is there something that has changed with our contract / product subscription?  See screen shot below (and enclosed) on an older report that we are no longer able to create.  Note the "description" is chosen for the advanced filter.
