Issue with Dashboard for Zbusiness

Greetings,
We have users logging into different dashboards for zbusiness.

Old Users: Log in and see the Discussions (forum) for our company.
They do not have an option for Dashboard on their apps list on the left side, nor is it an option in the control panel under applications.

New Users: Log in and see the new elegant google'esq dashboard that houses widgets such as "my tasks" from the CRM

I have been unable to find a way to get the old users to see this new dashboard landing page.

Any thoughts?
