Issue with mobile sync

Hello all,

There appears to be an issue with mobile sync (msync.zoho.com) in particular on the iPhone, where mail is not being downloaded. At least not all. All settings have been correctly checked and verified including mail days to sync, push to folders and accounts enabled for mobile sync.

Would really like to be able to pitch this service to my clients, but they really need this to work.
