Issue with MX record change

Hi,

I am using both g suite and zoho mail for my organization emails. MX record for the domain is currently set to google and we set a custom route in our google account so that they will reroute the mails to Zoho if account not found in gsuite. This setup was working perfectly fine and we were receiving a warning notification in our Zoho account and the MX record for the domain is not pointing to Zoho.

Today we changed our domain's mx record to zoho to test whether it is fast and we can use it for all the emails in our organization. But then our G Suite mails stopped working and we quickly switched the MX record back to G Suite.

Currently we cannot send emails from Zoho account to G Suite account. I think Zoho has cached our mx record and thinking it is still pointed to Zoho. We are not receiving any warning message that domain mx entry is not pointing to Zoho now.

Please help me solve this issue.
