We're currently having an issue changing the paste format in all writer. When pasting, if we change the formatting, i.e. "Keep source formatting" / "Match destination formatting" / "Text only", the Text only option deletes the text. Changing this to another option can either double up, move the text, or make it reappear, sometimes in a different place on the page. This can also sometimes trigger an "Oops" error that makes you reload the document.

This is happening for all our users. This has been tested on the latest version of  Chrome on Windows 10.

Reloading, and force reloading (Ctrl+F5) does not fix the issue.
