Issue with report generation
Hi, I am trying to generate an Open Potential Report. Strangely, only some of the entries have values for the probability field. Many of them are simply empty; yet they do have entered values in the detailed potential screens. FYI: I have changed the field definitions for probability values. And the probabilities have been changed from its originally entered value as part of the sales process.
Why does this happen? Are we doing something wrong? Can anybody help me with that?
